The Challenge: Entering the US market from Brazil, with low brand awareness and zero English presence

Role: First US marketing hire

Responsibilities: USA marketing strategy development, localized calendar, sponsorships and owned event strategy & management, English GTM material (one pagers, case studies, etc.), thought leadership via white papers and LinkedIn, build paid social campaigns to support lead generation, budget ownership, newsletter strategy and rollout plan, swag development, hiring & onboarding PR agency for USA, and cross-functional collaboration with Brazil marketing team.

Collaborators: Brazil marketing team, Head of US, and GTM Consultant (General Athletes)
